Block 216 is a 35-story mixed-use tower that includes Portland’s, first five-star hotel, and the Northwest’s first Ritz Carlton. The tower is approximately one million Gross Square Feet on a full city block located between SW 10th and 9th streets and SW Alder and Washington in Portland’s Central Business District.

Block 216 has five components: underground parking; 10,000 SF of ground floor retail space including a Food Hall; 165,000 SF of Class ‘A’ office space; a 251 key Ritz Carlton hotel and 138 co-branded residential condominium units on the top eleven floors of the building.

Amenities in the 251 room Ritz Carlton hotel include a fitness center, full service spa, swimming pool, restaurant on the 20th floor, bar and guest lounge. There will be 11,000 sq. feet of meeting space for events.

The 138 residential condominiums in the Ritz-Carlton Residence will soar from floors 21 through 35. The Residences will offer sophisticated style, luxurious finishes and legendary Ritz-Carlton service, including room service and housekeeping and access to the 8th floor owner’s lounge and the 19th + 20th amenity floors of the hotel with large indoor pool, fitness center, spa, bar and restaurant. Owners will also have secure underground parking with access to valet service.
